Links to newspaper articles on drownings at Umdloti Beach

I did a very basic internet search and found the following links to press reports on various drownings and rescues at Umdloti Beach.

Unfortunately it is only in the last few years that some newspapers have been releasing online versions and these are seldom left online for a long period, and so we are left with a rather incomplete (and only a very recent) set of stories. Nevertheless, it does help highlight some of the more recent tragedies. And would make an interesting comparison to the official fatality numbers claimed by authorities (see letters page).
